These Terms govern your use of the Correa Insurance Services website. By using the website or sending us a quote request, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. What we do

We help truckers and trucking companies request and compare commercial insurance quotes from insurance companies. We are not an insurance company. Policies are issued by the insurance companies, not by us.

2. No coverage through this website

Sending a form, an email, a text or a WhatsApp message does not bind, change, renew or cancel any insurance coverage. Coverage begins only when an insurance company accepts your application, issues a binder or policy, and that is confirmed to you in writing. Do not assume you are covered until you receive that confirmation. The same applies to changes, added vehicles or drivers, and certificates of insurance.

3. Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. They are not offers of insurance or guarantees of price. Every quote is subject to underwriting review and approval by the insurance company and may change or be withdrawn. We do not promise that any particular insurance company will offer you coverage, nor that you will pay less than you pay now.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to give true, complete and current information. Incorrect or missing information can lead an insurance company to change your price, decline or cancel coverage, or deny a claim. You are responsible for reading your policy documents: the policy itself, not this website or our summaries, defines what is covered.

5. Licensing and availability

Insurance is offered only in the U.S. states where the producer placing the coverage holds the required license, and only for products available in that state. This website is not a solicitation of insurance in any state where that would be unlawful.

6. Information on this website

The descriptions of coverages on this website are general and for information only. They are not legal, tax or professional advice, and they do not replace the terms, conditions and exclusions of an actual policy.

7. Communications

By sending a request and checking the consent box, you agree that we may contact you about it by phone, email, text message or WhatsApp. Details and opt-out options are in our Privacy Policy.

8. Fees and payments

9. Intellectual property and third parties

The text, design and logo of this website belong to Correa Insurance Services and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Photographs are used under the Unsplash License. Names of insurance companies and platforms, including First Connect, are trademarks of their owners; mentioning them does not mean they sponsor or endorse this website. Links to other services (such as WhatsApp) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for those services.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by sending false requests, attempting to access restricted areas, interfering with its operation or using automated tools to submit forms.

11. Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind regarding the website, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits the duties that insurance law imposes on a licensed producer or the rights you have under your insurance policy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Correa Insurance Services is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, including losses that occur because coverage was not in force when a request made through the website had not been confirmed in writing. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state in which the licensed insurance producer handling your request is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer and insurance protections of your own state continue to apply.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

1. Qué hacemos

Ayudamos a camioneros y empresas de transporte a solicitar y comparar cotizaciones de seguros comerciales de compañías aseguradoras. No somos una compañía de seguros. Las pólizas las emiten las aseguradoras, no nosotros.

2. No hay cobertura a través de este sitio

Enviar un formulario, un correo, un mensaje de texto o un mensaje de WhatsApp no activa, cambia, renueva ni cancela ninguna cobertura de seguro. La cobertura empieza solo cuando una aseguradora acepta su solicitud, emite un binder o una póliza, y eso se le confirma por escrito. No asuma que está cubierto hasta recibir esa confirmación. Lo mismo aplica a cambios, inclusión de vehículos o conductores y certificados de seguro.

3. Cotizaciones

Las cotizaciones son estimaciones basadas en la información que usted entrega. No son ofertas de seguro ni garantías de precio. Toda cotización está sujeta a la revisión y aprobación de la aseguradora y puede cambiar o retirarse. No prometemos que una aseguradora determinada le ofrecerá cobertura ni que pagará menos de lo que paga hoy.

4. Sus responsabilidades

Usted se compromete a entregar información veraz, completa y actualizada. La información incorrecta o incompleta puede llevar a la aseguradora a cambiar el precio, negar o cancelar la cobertura, o rechazar un reclamo. Usted es responsable de leer los documentos de su póliza: la póliza, y no este sitio ni nuestros resúmenes, define qué está cubierto.
